Though the wet season is coming in less than a month, the electricity prices is still high, and raw materials costs increase, 

partial factories start to stop production, especially in Sichuan and Yunnan. The overall production rate is low. 

Here we reckon the mass production would be in mid-May. The market price would be stable for a while.
