The influence of new domestic transportation regulation

The current Chinese silicon metal market is more stable lately.
However, the government latest issued domestic transportation regulation for "Overloading Vehicle" has created quite an impact to our industry.
We used to load 40MT-38MT to one truck, now we can only load 32MT-30MT. The domestic transportation cost has increased about $50/MT.
With this dramatic increases, majority smelters and truck drivers are reluctant to accept delivery, and it has became quite a difficulities to find the suitable vehicle for domestic deliverying!
