Electricity price for mian produced region

Southern: The electricity price is temporarily stable in Yunnan, silicon power linkage preferential prices continue until the end of November. And the electricity price rise range from RMB3 cents to RMB7 cents in Sichuan region. The preferential electricity power has run out for 25 silicon metal plants in some cities of Fujian Province like Sanming, Zhangzhou, Longyan. The electricity prices rising, the current price is more than RMB0.5. The factory started sluggish and reduced the output. Electricity prices in Guizhou province temporarily stable, the factory started without change. The electricity prices fells RMB8 cents in Hunan Huaihua region, some factories have started. The electricity prices has been negotiating in Guangxi, but still have not results, according to individual factories revealed that may be down RMB6 cents. Most factories are ready to put into production when the electricity price is in about RMB 0.3 yuan.

North: Xinjiang's electricity price is stable at 0.27-0.29 yuan / kWh all year along, part of the self-owned power plants keep in less than 0.2yuan / kWh. The factory production costs rose to 170 yuan / ton as the electricity price rose 0.014 yuan; The three northeastern provinces, the electricity price keep stable; Qinghai plant operating rate is higher than other region, the price continued  keep lower than 0.3yuan, the transport has more advantages in all aspects.
