Recent Environmental Protection Reform Regulation Effects

Continue with Government Regulation of Environmental Protection Reform in late Year 2016.
Right after CNY public holiday, from 15th of Feb.2017, new round of Recify and Reform have strictly implemented again!
Numbers of factories in main industrial regions have forced to stop or reduce production during this reforming period.
And without any subsidy, the factories are facing high facility upgrade costs, and complaining struggle to survive!
In the meanwhile, major industrial raw materials, such as coal, steel, and also domestic transportation costs,
have been affected by this specific regulation, and seen the rapidly increased already!
The overall production rate is considerably low, and tight spot materials is the centeral concern for recent prices rise!
