This week the overall silicon market remain stable, partial prices has a slight increase. 

Though the wet season is approaching, most smelters are still reluctant to start production due to high electricity prices, 

especially in southern areas. The stock is tight compared to last year. 

Besides, as the downstream demand has a little growth, the inquiries and trading volume are increasing a bit. 

Meanwhile, the shipping companies are joined up to increase the ocean freight by reducing the shipping lines from April. 

It has caused port congestion and tight space, which means difficult to book vessels. And we reckon this situation will last until July. 

Here we suggest to book shipping space early to avoid late shipment.
